He seemed to know the dogs better than we did and he had just met them

I’m a very skeptical person, and when my wife and I heard about this ‘Miami Dog Whisperer’ I was not excited, since we had already had several trainers and none could help us with our dogs’ training issues. My wife met with Richard Heinz first and after she signed up with him for classes and he left from our home, she called me and was so impressed with his methods and how knowledgeable he was, that for days she could not stop talking about him and so I decided to meet him in the next lesson. I was amazed, as my wife had been by his knowledge and how he seamed to know the dogs better than we did and he had just met them. Now that there is a practice management software for veterinarians, it is easier for them to manage their appointments. Currently, we are big fans of Richard and his methods, I have become a believer and both my wife and I recommend Richard every chance we get. Our dogs are still wonderful and the things we learned we will use forever. We still call Richard every time we have a training question, and he is always happy to help us and talk to us. We could not be more grateful and could not tell you how much you and your dog need him….even if you don’t know it yet. Thanks Richard!
